One of George W. Bush and company's most outrageous lies is the assertion that Republicans in general -- and right wing Christians specifically -- embody "family values"! This is a lie as large as the sky.
The primary "values" that the GOP has embodied in America over the last decade are greed, intolerance, hatred and dishonesty: Grand Theft greed to feed on the U.S. government and the public purse -- especially the illegal war in Iraq -- intolerance toward those who aren't like them, hatred of those who thwart their ambitions, and dishonesty toward the government, the press, the people, themselves.
"Republicans Love to Hate" dates from 2003 and the xenophobic hate-fest leading up to George W. Bush's "reelection." It ran five years before Nobel Prize Laureate Paul Krugman described the GOP as the "party of intolerance" in the New York Times.
"Republican Liars" dates to the Sarah Palin lie-meteor that passed across the American political firmament during the disastrous John McCain presidential campaign of 2008, while "Reach out and HURT someone... Vote Republican!" dates to 2009.
The bottom banner, also from 2003, provides useful taxonomic information about the GOP.
