Rode Galbraith on a day that rained hard all the while I was driving into Bellingham, getting a doughnut, and preparing my gear in the car at the end of Birch St.
As if on
cue, though, when I stepped out, it slacked off, and stayed light for the next two hours.
Despite riding more than 50 days during January and February this year, I have only been
out in a driving rain once, and that was in supposedly sunny Anacortes.
Explored the trail that drops from the end of Upper Ridge Trail Extension -- Upper Bob's Trail by name. It's probably the gnarliest trail on the entire north side of Galbraith, with approximately a dozen natural terrain stunts like the ones in these pics.
Approximately 1100 verts.
