Rode for four hours on Galbraith en route to Hartstene Island to check the pilings under the beach cabin. There is a new log crossing (actually, log pile) stunt on the Upper Ridge Trail. I rode it both ways.
Continuing on the the fork between Crazy 8s and 911, I took Crazy 8s, which I enjoyed so much I immediately rode back up it, then turned around and rode back down. Very nice trail, which is ridable both ways (except, maybe climbing the biggest drop and the chute above).
At the island, I found one of the main pilings on the south side of the cabin had been knocked out. Jeannie Fancher and I will go down next Saturday to fix it.
Approximately 2300 verts.
